TO REGISTER THE TEAM FOR THE  COMPETITION OF BAJA SAE MÉXICO 2023, THE FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED:

1.FILL THE REGISTRATION FORM***, THAT YOU CAN FIND ON THE BUTTON "REGISTRATION OF TEAM"

***Note: If you have any difficulty making the payment for the competition registration on the same day, you can first send the registration form filled with the names of the participants and make the payment later, without forgetting the deadline for registration and payments .

Send the registration form of the participants in the email and in the same write that you want to request the extension to make the registration payment.

​​2. MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE REGISTRATION:

- Review the dates and the costs for registration, are contempled 3 stages:

  

• 1st stage: $ 10,000 MXN ($600 USD) TBC, this cost include faculty advisor, captain team and  5 members 

• 2nd stage: $11,500 MXN ($690 USD) TBC, this costs include faculty advisor, captain team and  5 members 

• 3rd stage: $13,500 MXN ($810 USD) TBC, this costs include faculty advisor, captain team and  5 members 

• The team can add extra members for the registration with a cost of $800 MXN per person. ($50 USD)

2.- New teams without a running car

• 1st stage: $ 5000 MXN ($300 USD) TBC, this cost include faculty advisor, captain team and  5 members 

• 2nd stage: $6000 MXN ($350 USD) TBC , this costs include faculty advisor, captain team and  5 members 

• The team can add extra members for the registration with a cost of $800 MXN per person. ($50 USD)

You can choose from the two different payment methods described below:

1st) PayPal / Credit Card (Recommended for International Payments*) 

 

Send us an email to contact@bajasaemexico.com with copy to registration@bajasaemexico.com a request for a Paypal Link (payment with Mastercard credit, Visa, etc.) , mentioning the total amount with extra member (if it is required) for send you the Paypal link.

If your payment is successful you will receive a “Transaction ID” (i.e. 98B80387J0110390X)

Note: If any problem is shown to make the registration payment through Paypal (login error, etc.), please notify this error to the email contact@bajasaemexico.com

*For local payments received through PayPal/Credit SAE Mexico will only be able to bill the payment to the University for the amount paid minus 5% because of PayPal commission.

When the payment is done, you will have to send screenshot or receipt of payment, along with the registration form completely filled out in its original format (excel) to the email    registration@bajasaemexico.com  with copy to:
